Work
With Us

We’ve built a home for children with profound autism, and a team of people who choose to stay. If you’re patient, curious, and want work that matters, you’ll find your place here.

Why Loddon

We asked staff what makes Loddon different.

It's a home, not a workplace

Our school is where children live. We turn up the way we'd want anyone in our own family's home - quietly, respectfully, and with proper attention. That changes everything about how we work.

You're not alone

Specialist colleagues, real supervision, weekly reflective practice. The work is demanding, and we don't pretend otherwise so we've built a team that holds each other up.

You can grow here, properly

Funded qualifications, internal promotions, secondments into Loddon Training. Most of our senior team started in entry-level roles. We mean it when we say a career, not a stop-gap.
